What happened to ID's overnight? Did this have to do with the salt rotation?

 

Some (not all) IDs in prior posts have changed overnight. For example, the ID of Q's post 7370121 originally showed as 000000 because it was a Tor post, but the actual json data showed it as 3a0b91, and now the json data shows it as 689d05. For people archiving, this could be traumatic (duplicated numerous posts for me because the changed ID makes it a different record).

The DOJ requested the delay of sentencing until the IG report is released, which was supposed to be released on the Dec 9th. And Flynn's sentencing is the 18th.

Is the IG report going to be delayed again?
