The New York Times published another junk hit piece on Trump Attorney Rudy Giuliani on Friday accusing Americas Mayor of looting Ukrainian officials of millions, like the Bidens did, in exchange for work recovering $7 billion in stolen money.

As Lutsenko was helping Giuliani search for evidence that would help Trump’s re-election chances, Giuliani negotiated a contract to represent Lutsenko for at least $200,000, according to documents obtained by The Washington Post and The New York Times.

Giuliani offered to represent Lutsenko in his bid to recover assets, which he believed were stolen from the government in Kyiv, in exchange for hundreds of thousands of dollars to be paid to Giuliani’s company. The negotiations took place as the two worked together to find damaging information on the Bidens and evidence to support Trump’s baseless conspiracy theory that Ukraine — not Russia — interfered in the 2016 election.

The world is currently mired in massive malfeasance in office by senior government officials, including heads of state and government, who are more interested in personal gain than in government service. Mixed in with financial and political scandals in dozens of nations is the specter of some government officials being involved in illegal sexual activities with underage individuals.

Facing a third general election in a year’s time, Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has become the first Israeli prime minster to be criminally indicted while serving in office. Netanyahu was indicted on charges of bribery, fraud, and breach of trust. Meanwhile, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his right-wing Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) are facing charges that they received campaign donations from RKW Developers Ltd., a company linked to the Mumbai terrorist bomb blasts of 1993, attacks that killed 257 people and injured 1,400. Hypocritically, Modi attempted to blame the opposition Congress Party for not being aggressive or vigilant enough against the perpetrators of the Mumbai bombings.

Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump is facing impeachment from office on grounds of bribery, extortion, obstruction of Congress, and witness intimidation, among other charges.

On top of Trump’s troubles is the mystery over the death in a federal jail in New York City – the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) – of billionaire convicted child sex offender and accused underage sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein, a close friend of Trump, was awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges involving his fleet of aircraft and residences in the US Virgin Islands, Manhattan, France, and New Mexico. Two MCC guards on duty while Epstein allegedly hanged himself in his cell have been arrested by federal authorities. The Epstein scandal has not only entangled Trump but also Britain’s Duke of York, Prince Andrew. The duke, who maintained a relationship with Epstein after the Wall Street investment banker’s underage sex conviction in 2007 in Florida, has resigned from all official functions as a result of the Epstein scandal. The decision, which was reportedly promoted by Queen Elizabeth II, came after a disastrous interview Andrew gave to the BBC, which led to even more questions about his relationship with Epstein. Andrew denied accusations from former Epstein sex trafficking victim Virginia Giuffre about his relationship with her when she was 17, below the age of consent in England.

Seasoned royal watchers in London consider Andrew’s downfall from grace to be the biggest royal scandal since King Edward VIII abdicated the throne in 1936 to marry the American divorcee and pro-Nazi, Wallis Simpson.

Brazilian Court Re-Confirms Lula’s Charges, Hikes Prison Term to 17 Years Ahead of Appeal

A Brazilian court confirmed the charges and increased the sentence by five years for former President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, who was released from prison earlier this month by the country’s Supreme Court.

Lula was freed by the Brazilian Supreme Court on November 8 on the grounds that it was unconstitutional to have imprisoned a defendant who was still attempting to appeal his conviction. The 74-year-old former president and co-founder of the Workers Party had sat in prison for 19 months by that point.

However, a regional court in Porto Alegre confirmed his sentence on Wednesday, raising the punishment by another five years to a total of 17 years and one month in prison if his appeals fail, AP reported. Lula’s legal defense team had asked the court to annul the sentence.

“I know I will live a life of much struggle going forward. But who knows who is innocent is not afraid to fight,” Lula tweeted Wednesday, following the court proceedings from Sao Paulo. “I will win every lawsuit against me by exposing their lies. My innocence is proven in the case file. They have no proof, what they have is a thesis: that Lula cannot be released.”

Lula served as the country’s president from 2003 until 2010. He was first imprisoned in April 2018 following his conviction for corruption and money laundering connected to his alleged purchase of beachfront property in the Sao Paulo state. The charges arose as part of the Lava Jato (Car Wash) corruption probe, which also targeted other members of the Workers Party, including then-President Dilma Roussef, Lula’s successor, who was removed from power in August 2016 in what many termed a “soft coup.”

Lula sought the presidency once more in the 2018 elections, but was disqualified by the Electoral Court just months before the vote, leaving no meaningful opposition to right-wing candidate Jair Bolsonaro of the Social Liberal Party, who swept the polls that October.

In June 2019, The Intercept published leaked documents showing that while he was still a judge, Justice Minister Sergio Moro had influenced Lula’s trial by coordinating an anti-Lula media strategy with state prosecutors.

LEAK: DOJ IG Found No Evidence FBI Placed Undercover Agents and Informants Inside Trump’s 2016 Campaign

DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz is expected to release his much-anticipated report on FISA abuses on December 9 and the Deep State is leaking to the New York Times to spin, spin, spin.

The New York Times leaked out a portion of Horowitz’s report on Wednesday alleging the IG found no evidence that the FBI “attempted to place undercover agents or informants inside Donald J. Trump’s campaign in 2016 as agents investigated whether his associates conspired with Russia’s election interference operation.”

This determination is expected to be Horowitz’s “key finding” in his report along with claims that the FBI showed no political bias when they sought FISA warrants on Trump campaign advisor Carter Page.

RIDICULOUS.

Horowitz, an Obama-appointee, however did find that FBI lawyer Keven Clinesmith who text messaged “viva le resistance” altered an email in connection with Carter Page’s FISA application.

Mr. Clinesmith is facing a criminal investigation for altering a document related to the Page wiretaps.

The entire ‘Trump-Russia’ investigation began when mysterious people approached Trump foreign policy advisor George Papadopoulos in the Spring of 2016 alleging the Russians had dirt on Hillary Clinton.

Australian diplomat Alexander Downer met with Papadopoulos in a London pub to plant dirt on the Trump advisor — Downer was then relaying information back to his counterparts who were then communicating with FBI agents.

Papadopoulos was approached by a Maltese professor named Joseph Mifsud, another shady informant named Stefan Halper along with his honeypot “Azra Turk.”

Horowitz’s report will also claim that Mifsud is not an FBI informant, despite Papadopoulos’s claims to the contrary.

Stefan Halper, who contacted Papadopoulos and met up with him twice, was working as an FBI informant to collect information for the FBI’s ‘Russia investigation.’

Halper’s honeypot “Azra Turk” who point blank asked Papadopoulos if Trump’s campaign was working with the Russians was also reportedly working for the FBI — although Papadopoulos insists she was CIA.

In an interview with conservative columnist Byron York, Papadopoulos described his encounters with Mifsud, Halper, Azra Turk and Downer as highly suspicious and asserted their actions, as far as recording him with their phones were comical.

Report: Rudy Giuliani Eyed Business Deals in Ukraine While Seeking Biden Probe

Rudy Giuliani, the personal lawyer for President Donald Trump, eyed business deals in Ukraine as he sought inquires into allegations of corruption against former Vice President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden, according to a report released Wednesday.

The New York Times said Giuliani begin negotiations with Yuri Lutsenko, Ukraine’s leading prosecutor at the time, to take him and the European country’s Justice Ministry as clients earlier this year. According to the Times, Lutsenko was expected to compensate Giuliani and lawyers Joseph diGenova and Victoria Toensing $200,000 to “advise on Ukrainian claims for the recovery of sums of money in various financial institutions outside Ukraine.”

Further, the newspaper reported that Ukraine’s Justice Ministry and the Republic of Ukraine were supposed to pay Giuliani’s company $300,000. The deal was signed by the former New York City mayor, but not the Ukraine justice minister.

In March, the Justice Ministry reportedly appeared to have negotiated an agreement to use the services of diGenova and Toensing where the General Prosecutor’s office, headed up by Lutsenko, but would pay $300,000 to Giuliani’s firm.

Responding to allegations brought forth by the Times, Giuliani acknowledged that he weighed doing business with Ukraine’s government, but ultimately opted against the move. “I thought that would be too complicated,” he told the Times, before adding: “I never received a penny.” Ukraine’s Justice Ministry confirmed to the newspaper that it has never entered into any business agreements with the Trump lawyer.

The Times’ report comes as federal prosecutors are slated to meet with executives from Naftogaz — the Ukraine energy giant at the center of a federal investigation into Giuliani and two Soviet-born associates’ dealings.

A lawyer for Andrew Favorov confirmed Tuesday that he is scheduled to meet voluntarily with the U.S. Justice Department. Favorov is the director of the integrated gas division at Naftogaz, the state-owned gas provider in Ukraine.

Federal prosecutors in New York are investigating the business dealings of Giuliani, President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer, including whether he failed to register as a foreign agent, according to people familiar with the probe. The people were not authorized to discuss the investigation publicly and spoke on the condition of anonymity.
