If we are looking at vote count alone it was 57 to 43 in favor of "pro democracy". however many people were not registered as voters because they passed the deadline in early july prob due to indifference. the violence really kicked off in Oct/Nov so if there were to be a re-vote now i would expect the result to be a bit different.
