I have not conducting any diggs on Vallely, but having listened to interviews with Aquino following the 2016 election, he didn’t impress me as someone with any particular power in the greater scheme of things. He is basically a has been, intellectual establishment figure who once took great pleasure in shocking people with his open acknowledgement of satanism as a legitimate form of religion/philosophy. If someone has significant recent important info on Aquino or Vallely, please disclose it.
