Drug deal gone wrong???
you see him pick up the white bag of drugs from the drug deal gone bad…
Sticks it in his pocket..
Walks down the street waving everybody back…
Realizes he still is holding the knife and remembers he put the drugs in his pocket…
pulls out the drugs then throws it down…
goes back to give the knife to the police…
he doesn't want the dogs to alert on the drugs…
then goes back and picks up the drugs, that is if they are still there…probably happened so fast he wasn't thinking to straight.
