Miley strikes me as an extremely talented, smart, and hard-working young woman who has been horribly skankified by evil powers working to corrupt her. That doesn't absolve her of blame, for sure, but….
Compare and contrast….
Compared with Miley and Katy, she seems the worst of the three, flipping for blatantly political reasons…
