Just watched the relevant part of the episode Q posted. I thought Canadian comedians were supposed to be funny and original–this guy's doing a sad ripoff of a weak routine.

We should probably thank them for getting the message out, though…distorted as it was. Just as Q predicted:

Wanted to point something out that I don't think many anons realize: in Q's first post, he isn't replying to himself–he's replying to a post that someone else made. Look at the different ID's.

His second post was in the same thread with the same ID. His next posts (next day) were in a different thread, but all with the same ID. So far as I can tell, Q has never switched ID's while in the same thread.

Also, note that in Q's post, he said 10/30, not 10/30/17. Could we be seeing post #1 come true on 10/30/18? That would put it very close to the parade Q mentioned in November…
