RT has meant Real Time or Rex. Why would Rex, who is still SoS until Mar 31, meet secretly with Zuck, and if he did, why would Q expose him here… Possibly to do with Cam Anal being a foreign company? I don't like the Rex theory, but Real Time doesn't work that well either. Maybe something else completely.
