The committee studied how to keep the fiat Keynesian (communist) kleptrocratic central bankster economy going under a condition of permanent peace, war being the only thing that holds it together otherwise.
The one thing they said would work was a common threat to all mankind. The two ideas they came up with were "muh climate change" and "muh aliens". The Club Of Rome and the first Earth Day happened not long thereafter. "Muh aliens"? Well…
