I think that it is incorrect to say that it makes you liable for other content, however, morally, if you knew that it could pass the worst of it, would you want to use it then? But if you are just sharing DNS with no way to pass images (that is part of the normal use) then you really aren't liable for the content of others.
courts might decide otherwise, especially if they are run by people appointed by the likes of Adam Schiff or other hatch-goons of the left.
