I see him as a slightly above average anon who is sometimes good enough at seeing connections to pretend that he is an insider and rack up on followers. Sometimes. When he is really confused and doesn't know WTF is going on, he fills the dead air by pretending that he is "in the shit" and that people are shooting at him or trying to kill him. It's a little too predictable now to even be entertaining.
