December 1st – Deadline for White House response for participation in “groundwork” hearing.

December 4th – HJC “groundwork” impeachment hearing at 10:00am.

December 6th – Deadline for White House response for participation in HJC Impeachment Hearing.

December 6th – Deadline for House Republican witness list.

December 9th – Hearing to deny House Republican witnesses.

December 13th – House recesses for Christmas break.

The House Democrats have nine days to get their work finished when they come back from recess on December 3rd. That doesn’t give them much time for their hearings to impeach the President of the United States. And the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit scheduled two impeachment linked hearings for January 3rd.

Two three-judge panels will hear back-to-back arguments on two separate matters. The first is a dispute over a House Judiciary Committee subpoena for grand jury materials from former special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation. The second involves another House subpoena compelling the testimony of former White House counsel Don McGahn…

…Whether either case will change the course of the impeachment inquiry is unclear. Top House Democrats are advancing toward a floor vote on articles of impeachment at a fast clip. House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff will send a report arguing for Trump’s impeachment to the House Judiciary Committee in the coming days. That panel will hold its own hearings on the impeachment inquiry shortly thereafter. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler gave the president until Dec. 6 to decide whether his attorneys will participate in those proceedings.

Dark Money Network Funneled $600 Million to Liberal Initiatives in 2018

Democrats adopt once-derided strategy, building a massive money network that shields donors from scrutiny

Democratic donors have built a formidable dark money network to obscure the source of more than $600 million funneled to liberal groups and initiatives last year, tax forms show. The massive cash flow came from Arabella Advisors, a D.C.-based organization that says it provides "strategic guidance for effective philanthropy." In reality, the group does far more, funneling hundreds of millions of dollars in anonymous donations to some of the most influential advocacy groups on the left. Entities traced back to Arabella have invested more than $1 billion powering liberal activist and interest groups since President Donald Trump took office. The establishment of the complex network of nonprofits marks the Democrats' adoption of a once-derided Republican strategy: building a massive funding network that provides donors anonymity.

The practice came under heavy criticism from President Barack Obama and other top Democrats, who lambasted the use of dark money from right-leaning financiers such as the Koch brothers. Yet liberal groups have fully embraced its usage and are now doing so at a much higher level than Republicans: More than $150 million in dark money was spent throughout the 2018 election cycle, 54 percent of which came from liberal groups and only 31 percent from conservative groups.

Eric Kessler, a former Bill Clinton appointee and member of the Clinton Global Initiative, is the founder and head of Arabella Advisors. Kessler also established a series of so-called fiscal sponsors, groups that offer their legal and tax-exempt status to other groups that are not yet recognized as nonprofits by the IRS, including the New Venture Fund and the Sixteen Thirty Fund.

According to excerpts viewed by The Times, Mr. Pottinger and Kessler discussed a plan to disseminate some of the informant’s materials — starting with the supposed footage of Mr. Barak. The Israeli election was barely a week away, and Mr. Barak was challenging Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The purported images of Mr. Barak might be able to sway the election — and fetch a high price. -New York Times.

Kessler complained that Mr. Boies and Mr. Pottinger were more interested in making money than in exposing wrongdoers. He pulled out his phone, warned the reporters not to touch it, and showed more of what he had. There was a color photo of a bare-chested, gray-haired man with a slight smile. Kessler said it was a billionaire. He also showed blurry, black-and-white images of a dark-haired man receiving oral sex. He said it was a prominent C.E.O.

The names seem to bare quite an interesting resemblance, one a phantom the other well known. Overreach on my part? or Could they really be this stupid??

In March several Democrats replaced the POW-MIA flag outside their Washington DC offices with the transgender flag. Of course, veterans and military families took this as an insult and the latest attempt by Democrats to tear apart this great nation.

But President Trump righted this wrong earlier this month.

President Trump signed the the National POW/MIA Flag Act into law earlier this month. The POW-MIA flag will now be displayed whenever the American flag is displayed on prominent federal properties, including the White House, U.S. Capitol, World War II Memorial, Korean War Veterans Memorial, Vietnam Veterans Memorial, every national cemetery, and more!

The VFW reported: Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) stood in solidarity with fellow members of the Veterans Service Organization (VSO) community as President Donald Trump signed the National POW/MIA Flag Act into law today. “This is a historic victory for every man and woman who courageously defended this nation and remain unaccounted for,” said VFW National Commander William “Doc” Schmitz. “Today’s presidential signing and the daily display of the POW/MIA flag at all prominent federal properties now serves as a daily reminder that these heroes, and their families, are forever etched in our DNA.”

Law now requires the POW/MIA flag to be displayed whenever the American flag is displayed on prominent federal properties, including the White House, U.S. Capitol, World War II Memorial, Korean War Veterans Memorial, Vietnam Veterans Memorial, every national cemetery, the buildings containing the official offices of the Secretaries of State, Defense, and Veterans Affairs, office of the Director of the Selective Service System, each major military installation, each Department of Veterans Affairs medical center, and each U.S. Postal Service post office.

The National POW/MIA Flag Act was initially introduced by U.S. Rep. and Marine Corps Lt. Gen. (ret.) Jack Bergman and U.S. Rep. Chris Pappas March 7, 2019. The bipartisan bill received endorsement from the VFW, the National League of POW/MIA Families, and other veterans service organizations. “Over 82,000 men and women who’ve served our nation in uniform are unaccounted for or listed as POW/MIA, including many Michiganders,” said Congressman Bergman. “Flying this flag at federal properties 365 days a year is just a small way that we can ensure their sacrifice and devotion to our nation is never forgotten.”
