CM announced he was going to do an overall Salt rotation, there was no opportunity for Q to work out a fucking test scenario to obtain the new salt.
So, Q did the most obvious thing anyone with half a fucking brain should be able to follow:

>posted under old confirmed trip
>closed all access to the board
>allowed board to persist, blank, through the Salt rotation
>posted on new board with new post-rotation trip
>timed post with POTUS for further verification

The watch is a calling card. It offers a really basic thematic confirmation that Q is back. It is essentially material rhetoric.
It is also used to communicate certain clock positions/numbers for the purposes of [markers]. It is possible that is being done here, but we won't know that for some time. It's also possible the inconsistencies themselves are small [markers] that will be relevant later, or maybe he just changed some cosmetic parts on his fucking watch, who knows.
Most importantly, using /projectdcomms/ there was an extremely cut-and-dry, technically valid hand-off that occurred between the two trips. This was given even more punctuation and flavor by having POTUS tweet at the same time.
I'm losing my patience because it is clear to many anons already that shills are pouring in and using this issue as a means to scatter and confuse people that don't understand what I just stated, or to embolden them to argue with anons who do.
