Either crappy feed on this unit, or damaged by 'space weather' at some point (yes, that is a 'thing').

I'd wonder why the (interior?) lights on the module visible in the background are 'twinkling' in way you might reasonably expect to only be present if there was a variable density medium between camera and lightsource….not the near vacuum of space.
Might not be visible for phonefags, but fullscreeen on PC, you can see it.
