Anyone else who makes a claim about the law at least cites the case so that it can be looked uo in the minutes. Nowadays most people get the pages from PACER and post them so we can all see exactly what the judges did say.

 

Since you cannot quote the Judge's exact words I am confident that you do not really know what was said either.

Oh, I get it now. The courts are rigged. That is RIGGING like on a ship. That's why the courts use Maritime law. Those landlubber lawyers have probably never been in a rigged court so that is why they don't know.

 

And that Judge wasn't telling you that constitutionality can't be argued in a state court. No. she was BANNING the constitution and now I know why. Her bra is considered RIGGING so that makes it a Maritime court.
