I read an explanation (don't remember where) a few months back that the white hats were able to black list those google IP's at the firewall of tallying centers in certain battleground states. I know Ohio was one.
The white hats knew which state officials were corrupt.
It said basically the same thing; those state officials were allowing the black hats to flip the final vote results. ES/Google boys was definitely named, too, as the designers, so the white hats knew which IPs to black list.
If anything, it certainly explains waiting so long to call certain states.
