It is very sick that the sight that said 'come one, come all, we will host your videos for free' thinks that they are the gate way to content that they don't even produce.

they should be able to store it and list the link, and that is all.

If there is moderation needing to be done, then there needs to be another method, that is decoupled from the corporate power structure, and errs on the side of Free Speech and Free sharing of links.
