Just had this discussion today. Here's what I see:
IG releases FISA - it's a bit of a nothing burger in the public's mind, but the impeachment baloney collapses as the calendar strikes 2020. Public won't see the sense in a do-nothing congress impeaching a president for an election year.
Dirty folks up for re-election - all of the House and about a third of the Senate - are given a last chance to bow out.
Papers due around first of June to run for seats. Varies by state. Those who sign up, sign up.
FISA sweeps any remaining who haven't bowed out just after the primaries. Select GOP candidates rise to the top.
Also, and DAMN IT THIS BETTER BE TRUE voting is buttoned down EVERYWHERE prior to the November 2020 election.
POTUS is re elected.
In January February 2021 we see the key players go down. (per your list)
Mid term elections 2022.
January 2023 the big game are shot. (Or caged or Quarantined)
November 2024 Sarah Huckabee Sanders is elected as 46.
