This has been going on since the beginning of time. If they were going to have all humanity "conquered", and were from somewhere else, and had the technology to get here to begin with, they would've already had us all growing in tubes by now.
These people are sick, evil, vile, and reprobate human beings. The reason they are this way is because of what they worship; which is NOT human. Whatever you align yourself to, and spend the most time in communion with, is what you will start to emulate in all that you do. Their most vicious trick was to funnel everyone's minds into a rules-based communion with God; which is spiritually dampening.
No doubt about it, they are human beings. They worship evil because they are in love with evil. We're just getting a 60/40 view of this shit, too. I mean, I'm not sure how it can get much more worse than trafficking, sexualizing, raping, torturing, sacrificing, and consuming children/babies, but if Q says it, it's likely true.
