This was done, with the hours and hours of flashing red and blue lights on all the news channels to get (((EVERYBODIES))) attention. No, there are many agencies with over 8,000 SES'. The Agency I worked for only had a few but they were all aspiring and the one was BO era appointee. I smelled him immediately whether intentional or not. He coulda just been fucked up hahaha
