If you practice meditation you can become more aware of your own thoughts; some of which are very sublte - to the point you don't realize they are your own voice; you create them yourself
If you practice you can learn to ignore it.
Also, if you can't ignore it means you need to care more for your vitality / heath.
Eat better, Sleep better, shore up your strenght.
If you are stong you just ignore it, like a buzzing fly - just bat it away, don't give it any mind. Like a shill . Without attention they wilt.
Sometimes you can replace a negative thought form or sound with another more pleasant music.
Try going to Church. Church music will replace the bad vibe?
