My guess is the awards will be in the early evening - from the WH, based on POTUS schedule, and as far as how it will be "broadcast" - I'm wondering it it might be video segments uploaded to twitter..? (This would keep the focus on the online arena, where all the rest of our info, memes and other posts are.) Anyway, we'll see how they do it soon enough…
