Who wants to read the original 13th amendment?
Every time someone shouts something down as a conspiracy theory perhaps you should learn to consider what they have to gain by doing so. Who writes the history books you're taught from in school? Why does nobody ever question their motivations? The one writing the book is in the best position to change history as they please, are they not?
History is, after all, just old news. Lots of fake news around if you really start looking for it.
Since the title is derived from nobility it is "of" nobility.
Maybe you need to read the amendment again. It says any title of nobility. It doesn't say that the title must convey any nobility, only that is is a title "of" nobility. If there was no nobility the title wouldn't exist, and only nobles can grant tie title.
So yes, the shit they created does count.
