There are many examples of Trump retweeting or reposting accounts that have either posted about Q or have retweeted other accounts about Q, but I'm looking for DIRECT retweets or reposts by Trump of twitter accounts with Q related stuff in the bio.

They're such clear examples, but still not extremely overt, of Trump indirectly acknowledging Q.

These 5 examples are the only ones I could personally find in my folder.
