There is absolutely NO JUSTIFICATION for that kind of earnings disparity between the highest and lowest paid. Ten times, maybe but that is obscene. No-one's labour is worth those kind of salaries. This is not free market capitalism, it is crony capitalism aided and abetted by monopolies and cartels and pathetically weak and under-used anti-trust legislation.

Both remedies are needed but I favour smashing the apparatus that allowed the monopolies in the first place. Truth is, it should never have occurred and now we're all held hostage.
