My theory is that Feinstein didn't want the CBF stuff in public but Harris (Jr. Senator) pulled an unannounced power play and released it. Going by Feinstein looking like and saying she was blind-sided, didn't see it coming, etc.
I think the Harris, Booker, Warren, Gillibrand and Blumenthal clique are the problem.
Feinstein might have to resort to rear guard action for payback and has to keep a low profile. Have to look at Tulsi's takedown of Harris, for example, and wonder who orchestrated it. It was a professional hit. Has to be a lot of behind the scenes cutthroat shit going on right now IMO.
