Nancy's dentures are getting worse. Almost falling out of her mouth through entire press conference. Can be a sign of illness (weight loss, bone & jaw changes). Someone with a quarter billion bucks should be able to get better dentures, but if the shape of her mouth is changing quickly, she'd need them re-fitted every couple of weeks.

Definitely a dangerous war. Maybe also a romance novel. A theory:

NEW EYES COMING

"The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes."

The source of this citation is Marcel Proust's 'La Prisonnière' ('The Prisoner' or 'The Captive'), which is the fifth volume of 'Remembrance of Things Past' (also known as 'In Search of Lost Time').

In fact the above well-known quote paraphrases the longer passage from The Captive, which reads:

A pair of wings, a different mode of breathing, which would enable us to traverse infinite space, would in no way help us, for, if we visited Mars or Venus keeping the same senses, they would clothe in the same aspect as the things of the earth everything that we should be capable of seeing. The only true voyage of discovery, the only fountain of Eternal Youth, would be not to visit strange lands but to possess other eyes [new eyes], to behold the universe through the eyes of another, of a hundred others, to behold the hundred universes that each of them beholds, that each of them is; and this we can contrive with an Elstir, with a Vinteuil; with men like these we do really fly from star to star.

I think this might point to one of the "multiple meanings" for the phrase "NEW EYES". Seeing with new eyes = mankind being freed by seeing with new eyes. And maybe seeing with the eyes of a hundred others = we are all connected. Made ready to fly from star to star.
