Last thing I knew was some cartel Honcho's son was arrested and the cartel went so biblical on the police they had to give him back. Cartel was driving technicals around the city firing at will, IIRC.
Not sure what there is to talk about. MX isn't capable of stopping cartel activity and the cartel has free reign to cross the US border.
