Theory: "Stormy" is in the news expressly so that the narrative spinners can discredit "The Storm" through word association. By repeatedly associating the word "Storm" with the taint of sleaze in the news, they intend to make normie attention veer reflexively away from engaging with the real story.

Very possibly, the same tactic (BOOM) is being attempted in Austin.
