Maybe nothing, dunno. "Relapse of the dotage of a dotard" seemed odd. Did search on "dotard", two wikipedia sites had the word "dotard", which were updated today.

Second, German General Staff.
Looked to see what changes were in those sites. Also led me to finding more stuff about German General Staff. Attached are some links if anyone wants to digg. One of the links is to a military document about "Understanding the Prussian-German General Staff". Seems information warfare type of stuff in regards to the German General Staff.
