This guy is the main kingpin for cocaine trafficking through the Domincan Republic. He laundered his money through a bunch of nightclubs, where he employed trafficked women. If he can traffic tons of cocaine, he can traffic other things as well.

His stepfather is Franklin Franco, who escaped from prison in the US (drug charges). He sounds like a C_A asset, as does the rest of his drug -dealing family:
