See last bread for longer description. I see it tying to the question of 'what if Germany never lost WW2?' I researched "dotage" and came across "German General Staff" updated today on wiki. Looked up dotage because of the comment made by Kim Jung Un. One of the articles links to a military document about the German General Staff.
