for anons who don;t know. Schumman is the earths resonance measured by the vibrational waves put off by the core of the earth which ping off the atmosphere and create nice little sine waves around the planet. These waves SHOULD be VERY constant. While they can fluctuate minorly with some earth events, they cannot fluctuate like they are without a tremendous solar event or other planetary level event.
