I doubt it. While it's clear he's on Trump's side, he is sometimes a loose cannon. Can't keep his mouth closed. And I doubt anyone on Q team has qualities like that.
Oh there's no question he's in the inner circle. And I believe they do coordinate, don't get me wrong, just that he's not officially Q team. IMHO.
