And why would he announce that this early out? I mean I'm just watching the movie and don't pretend to know what is next but I do find that odd he would say that 1 week before the report unless this is the desire they were hoping for which it could be. To state that knowing they would think this is some sort of reverse-reverse psychology move and think the real date is the 9th and they are bluffing. The due fact they are jumping on it regardless shows not only they don't know but they are scared enough to start taking shots in the dark not knowing if anything will even hit.
