If the dates were known ahead of time are these sleepers getting activated by a way that Q can't trace directly or are they straight up fake shootings? Sleepers activated by keywords in news, images, other through news? If it's known why can't they be prevented?
Just a curiosity. I know the good guys are doing all that they can't to prevent real shootings. If they're fake there's no actual victims so they could be allowed to happen.
