RV is very real. The only reason metaphysical or esoteric science has been "debunked" and labeled "conspiracy theory" is so that the sheep can be manipulated without knowledge. If it was acknowledged, those same sheep could fight against the manipulation and protect themselves from abuse.

Like anything else, these abilities can be used for both good or evil. It is my belief that most human beings can access these gifts to one degree or another.
