Just out of curiosity. Should someone like the head of the FBI, or head of the CIA, or head of DNI, or NSA, etc, be allowed to vote in a presidential election? Considering they are supposed to remain neutral, unbiased, nonpartisan, and one with the law? Doesn't make sense they can vote for one candidate over the other. Same with a Supreme Court justice.
