All 3 of their “experts” of progressive pro-impeachment constitutional law witnesses had written & spoken longingly of impeachment since day 1 & came in with their preconceived ideas! Maybe that’s a good sign that the 3 best they could find were vulnerable to having their credibility crushed within minutes! One can hope anyway!

Noah Feldman, the first impeachment ‘witness’ the Dems rolled out on Wednesday not only called for Trump’s impeachment shortly after Trump was sworn in, he actually argued in a NY Times op-ed titled, “Why Shariah?” that Islamic Sharia law is more humane than US law.

Noah Feldman, a Harvard Law professor, bashed legal systems created by Western countries including the United States and argued Sharia law is more ‘just’ and ‘fair’ than the US Supreme Court.

Know ur facts & all you can that you are discussing but most of all, know the law! For example:

18 USC § 4 reads: "Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both."

This is called misprision of a felony.

Concealing knowledge of a felony and failure to report is, itself, a felony.

First, if the chairman, Adam Schiff was taking meetings with the “whistleblower”, detailing what the whistleblower heard from others who had overheard a call with President Trump & President Zelensky & his words were loosely “interpreted” to have had allegedly demanded a criminal investigation (i.e., bribing the Ukrainian President to investigate the corruption of the son of a potential political opponent in exchange for military aid), then why did Schiff wait to reveal this, after advising the “whistleblower” on steps to take, connections to make, when to file complaints as to not break the law until the “whistleblower complaint act” was changed to allow for hearsay, etc? In fact, by keeping this private until much later, he was concealing them. Right? (That is the first element of misprision – concealment.)

Second, if Schiff did not reveal this information "as soon as possible … to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States," then that means only one of two things —

(A)Schiff did not think the President had committed any crime, or

(B)Schiff was committing a crime, himself, (i.e. misprision of a felony) in order to have something to hold over the President.

On the other hand, if he did, in fact, reveal this to a judge, or to the Attorney General, or to any other person in authority, then by revealing this information to the press, Schiff may be impeding an active investigation.

Questions needing addressed regarding Hunter Biden

  1. Did Hunter Biden register under FARA during his foreign employment since he was acting as a lobbyist for Burisma?

  2. How long did he know his company was corrupt after all his pay checks came from a head office in Cyprus?

Also A reminder:

The husband of Democrat Rep. Debbie Mucarsel-Powell (D-FL), who sits on the House Judiciary Committee, reportedly took $700,000 from firms connected to a Ukrainian oligarch who has allegedly been “accused of ordering contract killings.”
