A 1969 NORTHROP T-38A Fixed wing multi engine (2 seats / 2 engines). Similar to the kind that is used to train military pilots IIRC.

How could we possibly know what was on that plane? A person? No more than a pilot and passenger.
2 seater = room for 2 persons.
A bomb scare could be to clear personnel out of an area so that people or cargo or aircraft could move unobserved.
What's the relationship between this flight and the handgun attack at the Florida air base?
