This is the moral justification for violent revolution. Violent revolution founded the US. The Constitutional system provides for peaceful revolution through ballot every few years with complete turnover of elected federal representatives, who can impeach a President who has to get re-elected every 4 years. Once ballot system is corrupted and controlled (think Soros and DNC frauds) the role of New guards to restore is established in the founding document as the remedy. This cannot be denied.
