It is the other way around. Most polticians go to inteligency meetings, and by doing that there are boundries to what they can and can not say.
The intelligence agencies (CI_A, MI5, old sovjet KGB, Mossad, etc) answer to the committee of 300 and above that the council of 13, and the council of 9
