It's a black Mercedes-Benz (look at the bonnet/hood ornament) and the rims.
It has Euro style plates (tags) and the only state that has Euro style plates in that plate colour, in Australia, is New South Wales.
The rest of the film clip, to me at least, shows it is filmed in the UK or Europe. The driver gets out on ride hand side of vehicle, bout the only thing in common with UK/AU.
Even the army vehicle looks Pommie/Euro.
