udge's order fails to halt privately funded border wall construction

The judge's ruling cited "imminent and irreparable damage" to the 100-acre National Butterfly Center.

Construction of a private section of border wall in Mission, Texas, is continuing despite a district judge's Tuesday decision to temporarily block the work, The Guardian reported Saturday.

The expected 3.5-mile-long private section of border wall is being funded by We Build the Wall, a nonprofit organization founded by U.S. Air Force Veteran and Purple Heart recipient Brian Kolfage that has raised more than $25 million since its start in December 2018.

Workers were moving soil, digging trenches and positioning the physical wall on Thursday and Friday after Vasquez's ruling, in which he says the construction will cause "imminent and irreparable damage" to the 100-acre National Butterfly Center, a museum adjacent to the wall, according to The Guardian.

"The defendants' conduct has demonstrated irreparable harm to [the Butterfly Center] since defendants have committed willfully, maliciously and with an actual and subjective intent to commit great harm to plaintiff," Vasquez wrote, according to the Times.

Kolfage, a triple amputee, tweeted on Saturday, "A little adversity makes the victory all that much more sweet. We won't stop fighting to stop women and children from being enslaved by cartels."

He said Vasquez's ruling looked like "it was written by a first-year law student" in a Wednesday interview, according to the Times. "It's just these butterfly people want to try to flex their muscle a bit."

Kolfage posted a video to Twitter after the ruling in which a man he calls "foreman Mike" confirms that workers are trying to have the wall completed by Jan. 15.

"We're going to be putting this up," he says in the video. "We have to supercharge it now. It's time to get really moving. … We're planning to have this done by Jan. 15."

North American Butterfly Association President Jeffrey Glassberg, a plaintiff in the lawsuit, accused We Build the Wall of disregarding Vasquez's ruling.

"These people appear to be so lawless that it doesn't have an effect on them," he said, adding, "It's already been destructive. … I think they're all looking for publicity and money. None of it is political on our part."

We Build the Wall's website states that if every Trump voter donated $80 to the organization, there would be enough money to complete construction for the entire border wall.

We Build the Wall did not respond to FOX Business' request for comment.

Rep. Meadows to Begin a Probe of the Clinton Foundation Next Week

Three people have come forward with hundreds of pages of evidence of potential wrongdoing by the Clinton Foundation. The claims include misappropriation of funds and allegations of quid-pro-quo promises made to donors during Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state, according to Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C. who spoke with FOX NEWS on Thursday.

Meadows, the leader of the conservative House Freedom Caucus, is also the chairman of the House Oversight Subcommittee on Government Operations.

The panel will begin to investigate next week.

It’s about time the GOP went on the offensive, long past time. They just crawl into corners and allow the Democrats to beat them up.

THE EVIDENCE

The Hill reported Thursday that prosecutors working for special attorney John Huber (appointed by Jeff Sessions) recently requested documents from a private investigative firm — MDA Analytics LLC — that also has been looking into the foundation.

The firm contacted the IRS, the Justice Department and the FBI’s Little Rock office with evidence from its own investigation. The issues raised concerns about legal compliance and improper mingling of personal and charitable business.

One of the biggest problems was [former President Bill] Clinton’s commingling and use of business and donated funds and his personal expenses.

It’s also clear that the foundation took a dive financially once the Clinton influence ebbed.

The foundation filings showed that the foundation went down $26.6 million in 2017, a 58 percent drop from the $62.9 million it received the previous year.

According to The New York Post, the drop was “largely attributable to the absence of sponsorship and membership contributions for [the Clinton Global Initiative]”, which wrapped up in 2016. However, Meadows said that the donation drop “raises grave concerns their operations were not above board as the American people have been led to believe.

Oddly, the Foundation also gave deals to Russians.

If any organization looks just like a pay-for-play operation, it’s the Clinton Foundation. However, its charity gets 4-stars although a small percentage of the profits go to charity. A lot of the money goes to travel, meals, and other administrative expenses.

Fox News dedicated a segment to QAnon, and supporters of the conspiracy theory are happy for the attention

Fox News' Jesse Watters did a segment explaining the conspiracy theory QAnon, and his neutral-to-positive spin on the topic was well-received by its supporters online.

"Q," the figure at the center of the popular but easily discredited theory, even posted that the "Watters' World" segment "generates awareness."

The QAnon theory encapsulates a number of pervasive conspiracies, but at its core involves the idea that President Donald Trump is secretly working to take down a satanic child sex trafficking operation run in part by Hillary Clinton, who Q says will be taken to Guantanamo Bay in an operation termed the "Great Awakening."

Watters didn't discredit the theory and said one of his good friends was a believer. Some QAnon supporters even suggested that there was "pushback" from Watters against the political science professor he interviewed, who emphasized that QAnon was a fantastical conspiracy theory.

A Fox News segment explaining the QAnon conspiracy was received positively online by its supporters, who believe President Donald Trump is secretly conducting an operation to expose Hillary Clinton and other prominent Democrats for running a satanic child sex trafficking operation.

Jesse Watters, host of "Watters' World," interviewed a political science professor about QAnon, and offered a few neutral to positive takes – conflating the more outrageous, easily debunked parts of the theory with real events (investigations into Trump's conduct) and noting that one of his good friends is a QAnon supporter.

Before the segment aired, "Q," the central figure of the conspiracy, posted that it would be biased but that more discussion "generates awareness" for the theory. Q posts on 4chan, an image-based forum that houses several fringe right0-wing communities, and claims to have "Q clearance" in the Trump administration, giving him access to top-secret information.

Omar Navarro Arrested For Extortion, Stalking, Criminal Threats of GOP Congressional Candidate

We are sad to report that congressional candidate Omar Navarro was arrested late last night in San Fransicso on extortion, stalking, making criminal threats, and disobeying a court issued domestic relations order preventing him from further contact with Pelosi challenger DeAnna Lorraine.

Navarro was previously told by a Southern Californian judge to stay away from Lorraine for five years according to Mercury News.

Understanding #QAnon as the antidote to authority

We are currently immersed in an unconventional war. Everyone I know senses the intense social and political conflict, unlike any we have experienced before in our lives. Clashing narratives divide families, friends and work colleagues. The war does not yet have an accepted name, but it can be seen as a continuation and culmination of many "hot" and "cold" wars over the past century and more.

This war pitches a global Structural Elite (aka the Deep State or The Establishment) against a popular uprising across multiple countries, most notably the USA. A self-sustaining psychopathic culture has covertly ruled over the populace via criminal control of banking, media, government, academia, industry, religion, and the military. It involves mafia-like families, secret societies and extensive hoarding of information.

We are being gradually exposed to some of this dark power system's mechanisms: blackmail centres like Epstein Island, pay-for-play networks such as with the Clintons and Bidens, sexual slavery with groups like NXIVM, and (if you've been paying attention) even baby farms.

Add in human trafficking, imported militias and lots of very powerful paedophiles. It's stomach churning and treacherous stuff, and much worse is to come.

The most potent of these corrupt social control systems is the corporate mass media. Q is the "antidote" military operation, designed to break their narrative-setting power permanently. I have previously described this Q phenomenon at the highest level with my essay WWG1WGA — The Greatest Communication Event in History, which introduces the catch-22 that Q constructs for the #FakeNews.

I later unpacked this analysis with The 4 Functions of Q. The last of these functions is Q as an "information weapon against institutionalised crime and corrupted media". Let me expand a little on how I see Q as a weapon on a complex information battlefield. By the end of this article, I hope you will have a clearer "lens" through which to make sense of mainstream coverage of #QAnon.

(A quick aside for the new and confused: the "Q team" produces the information "drops" now on 8kun.net; "QAnons" are ordinary, anonymous people on such social media websites; "#QAnon" is the media-friendly hashtag often used in headlines to represent the movement as a whole.)

What we are being asked to do via Q is to reconsider at a fundamental level what "information" is in the context of world affairs. This involves a paradigm shift from the "authoritative news" model of the corporate media to the "sauced bread" model of social media sites like 4chan and 8kun. Let's first examine the familiar process of getting our "daily news-fix" via TV, radio and the press.

Nigerian Bishop: Witchcraft ‘Exists,’ Characterized by ‘Fear’

A Nigerian bishop said this week Christians need to be aware that witchcraft is real and represents “the state of unredeemed man.”

Witchcraft matters to a lot of people in Africa, said Catholic Bishop Matthew Kukah of Sokoto, following a controversial conference on the subject, and otherwise “no one would be talking about it.”

Witchcraft “does exist, and even Jesus had encounters with what we might refer to as the equivalent of these powers that derive from forces other than God,” the bishop told Crux, a U.S.-based Catholic news outlet.

“It’s easy for those who do not believe in them to dismiss them, and perhaps, rightly so,” Kukah said. “But for those who believe in them, their potency is real and their disciples work hard as mediators through rituals,” Kukah said.

The bishop’s remarks followed on the heels of an international conference held on the topic at the University of Nigeria-Nsukka (UNN) on November 26-28.

Organizers titled the conference “Witchcraft: Meaning, Factors and Practices,” but had to change the name to “Dimensions of Human Behavior” after Christian groups in Nigeria accused the university of “sponsoring evil.”

Some Christian churches went so far as to accuse organizers of being witches and wizards themselves and the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) declared a two-day “prayer of warfare” against the conference.

“All Christians should, without further delay, call on the God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and the awesome God of David to fight for his name,” the church declared.

For his part, Bishop Kukah suggested that the examination of witchcraft had merit and that a sober study of the phenomenon could help people to move beyond it.

“Witchcraft is characterized by fear of the elements, whereas God ordered man to control the elements and use creation for development,” Kukah said. “You can say that the stage of witchcraft is the state of unredeemed man, the darkness before the light. Science destroys witchcraft because it addresses the fears that witchcraft exploits by scientific proof.”

“Real development,” he said, “drives out witchcraft.”

Israel Warns Syria Will Become Iran's 'Vietnam', Threatens Preemptive Airstrike

Tel Aviv has repeatedly accused Tehran of deploying its troops and weapons in neighbouring Syria with the aim of attacking Israel. Tehran has denied the accusations, insisting that it has only sent military advisers to the aid of Damascus.

Israeli Defence Minister Naftali Bennett warned Iran that Syria could become a lasting and unpleasant war it cannot win, comparing it the Vietnam War that the US engaged in during the second half of the 20th century - and ultimately lost.

"We are telling the Iranians: Syria will become your Vietnam. If you don’t leave, you will become entrenched and you will bleed because we will work without hesitation to remove aggressive forces from Syria", Bennett stated.

His warnings come in the wake of statements by Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz, who in an interview with Italian newspaper Corriere Della Sera, stated that Tel Aviv has not ruled out conducting a strike against Tehran if it builds its own nuclear weapon.

"It’s an option. We will not allow Iran to produce or obtain nuclear weapons. If the only option left to us is the military option, we’ll act militarily. The threat of sanctions is not enough. The only deterrent is a military threat directed against the [Iranian] regime", Katz said.

Tel Aviv has previously attacked neighboring nations under the claim of preventing them from obtaining nuclear weapons. In June 1981, Operation Opera saw an Israeli jet destroy an Iraqi nuclear reactor under construction not far from Baghdad. Tel Aviv claimed to have acted in self-defence, suggesting that the reactor would have been used by the government of Saddam Hussein to produce nuclear weapons.

In the wake of Operation Opera, Tel Aviv initiated the so-called Begin doctrine (for former Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin), which suggested that the attack was not an anomaly and that future Israeli governments should continue the practice of preventive attacks and airstrikes against neighboring nations that seek to obtain weapons of mass destruction.

Israel, who routinely accuses Iran of developing nuclear weapons, is widely believed to be behind the 2010 Stuxnet worm cyberattack on Iranian computers that led to the destruction of several centrifuges at the Natanz nuclear plant. No entity officially claimed responsibility for the destructive cyberattack.

Israeli Strikes on Syria

Israeli Air Forces have conducted numerous air raids on objects located in Syria, claiming to be targeting Iranian forces and weapons. Tel Aviv has claimed that Tehran provides weapons to Damascus as a means of attacking Israel.

Tehran and Damascus have condemned the Israeli airstrikes, with Iran dismissing accusations of military deployment.

‘Treason’: House Judiciary Committee Report Implicates Trump in Ultimate Crime

The House Judiciary Committee report released Saturday on the legal and constitutional framework for impeaching President Donald Trump includes a discussion of the most serious crime listed in the Constitution: treason.

Citing the constitutional provision that impeachment applies to “Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors,” the report hints throughout that President Trump might have committed treason against the United States.

The Constitution specifically defines treason in Article III, Section 3: “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”

The House Judiciary Committee report, however, expands that definition to include what it calls “betrayal,” and declares: “Although the Framers did not intend impeachment for good faith disagreements on matters of diplomacy, they were explicit that betrayal of the Nation through schemes with foreign powers justified that remedy.”

The phrase “schemes with foreign powers” is sufficiently vague to include the “quid pro quo” plan that Democrats allege the president attempted to make with Ukraine, trading U.S. aid for investigation into a political opponent.

(No direct evidence exists to prove that claim, and the only direct witnesses testified before the House Intelligence Committee that the president did not want that “quid pro quo.”)

Later, the report again implicates President Trump in “treason” by creating an expansive definition that just happens to reflect Democrats’ argument that Trump endangered national security by suspending security assistance to a U.S. ally.

The report expands the definition of “treason” as follows:

At the very heart of “Treason” is deliberate betrayal of the nation and its security. Such betrayal would not only be unforgivable, but would also confirm that the President remains a threat if allowed to remain in office. A President who has knowingly betrayed national security is a President who will do so again. He endangers our lives and those of our allies.

In releasing the report, House Judiciary Committee Chairman tweeted Saturday that Trump “betrayed our national security” — a claim that falls within the broad definition of “treason,” as expanded by his committee’s arguments:
