yeah windows is 100% cabalware. "use an open source os" is a better idea, but not for everyone.
if you want some small extra assurance then use M$ Security Essentials, it should only find shit like "Hacktool/AutoKMS" and "Win32/Keygen". Anything more than that is probably suspect. Then you can exclude the specific folder where you downloaded those toolz and run them from there.
