But are House Rules enforceable in the face of a "tyranny of the majority" and, if so, how? What can Repubs do?
(UK anon so not totally au fait with US Constitution, specificall House Rules, although have learned a lot over the past few years of following Q)

I can see that but doesn't the Constitution, or House Rules allow an immediate remedy? Dems are riding roughshod over House Rules and precedent. What about a mass walkout of Repubs in protest - a refusal to take part in this unconstitutional sitting - would that achieve anything?
