Flynn's guilty plea will have to be thrown out. All proceedings will have to be thrown out. The 1st Judge on the case was 1 of the FISA Judges . All rulings, orders and proceedings of that Judge are nullified by Fraud Upon The Court. It's not enough that the Judge recused himself later. His Court is viewed as being corrupted by the actions. The only benefit the Judge receives is, he didn't blow up his Judicial immunity by ruling AGAIN in the case after it appeared reasonable that FUTC happened. DOJ wanted a pause on sentencing for this reason. They cannot go forward.
