How do they stack the deck?
The 3 colours of the stack changed between NYE 31-DEC-2015 / 01-JAN-2016. The TATT was unmoored during the first week of January 2016 and then towed to HULL for a refit. She returned and was remoored and reopened for 15-MAY-2015 and so was in position, again, with new colours for the next NYE (31-DEC-2015 / 01-JAN-2016). The significance is that this is one of the items in the surroundings that Q drew our attention toward so as to provide a guide for timeline.
