He's had many marriages, sure, but he's been "productive", advises against masturbation (a lot of work, and you get "nothing" out of it), and seems to be an example of restraint and humanness in regards to sex.
I think that type of mentality is what helps to maintain vigor and promote a bit of restraint/confidence. It's a great example for men to look to.
