I don't think Project Looking Glass is referring to the Area 51 encounter of a device which can see multiple probable futures. I believe it is based off of Through the Looking Glass.

Look at Q post #9 with the line "Through the looking glass." The post talks about Black voters going against Hillary (Alice) once they know what Hillary has done in Haiti. Think mirror, everything is the opposite with the looking glass (mirror). The Black voters will see the opposite (mirror) of what they were led to believe about the Democrats.

Wikipedia blurb about Through the Looking Glass:

There she finds that, just like a reflection, everything is reversed, including logic (running helps you remain stationary, walking away from something brings you towards it, chessmen are alive, nursery rhyme characters exist, etc.).

Q's post #3585 talks about Going Forward in Order to Look Back, same language as the book Through the Looking Glass. Here a twitter link points out that numbers were an IP address and not a date. I think Q was saying "future proves past" with "Going Forward in Order to Look Back" but perhaps with an emphasis on Hillary. Could the servers in the post have something to do with Hillary (Alice), the Hatter or the pedo group as a whole?

All signs point to the looking glass being a reference to the book and not an Area 51 project.
